You also have the option to subscribe to the blog via email, if you prefer, as well as getting other various rss feeds, or a feed straight to your Google Reader. I will soon be eliminating the “feed to iGoogle” link since iGoogle is disappearing (a pity, IMO).
All subscription options are available in the right-hand sidebar just below the search box.
