If you’re looking for something a bit different to read this week, I highly recommend “Before Peace,” an entry in the HP Friendship Fest. As soon as the Fest folk have done the “reveal,” I’ll add a note to this post with the author’s name.
“Before Peace” is a beautifully written, thoughtful piece. In a way, it’s a character study, and as such, it shows us characters who are in an extreme environment and who show their true mettle. It’s a very Ravenclaw fic, focussed on Ravenclaw characters, clever, thoughtful, and thought-provoking. I am really looking forward to learning who the author is.
