Death’s Dominion is now available in pdf. If you would like a copy of it, please send me an email or contact me through my blog. Be sure to include your email address if you contact me!
If you request Death’s Dominion, let me know if you would also like An Act of Love or any other RaM-verse stories. The chaptered fics are each in a separate pdf, and the three one-shots are combined in a single pdf. I have a single zip file that contains pdfs of all the RaM-verse stories, or you may ask for specific ones.
***EDIT*** The pdfs for my stories are now available for download from Our Mirror of Erised. Many of the completed fics are available in pdf; others are available in rtf. Our Mirror of Erised is an adult Yahoo group since some of the fics uploaded there are rated M or MA. ***END EDIT***
The Death’s Dominion pdf contains a few extras, including a Table of Contents that notes the dates for each chapter and a Who’s Who that’s more complete than the one currently available on LJ.
As of 14 November 2008, the Resolving a Misunderstanding universe stories include:

Please note that A Holiday with the Headmaster, “Obliging Minerva,” An Act of Love, and the final chapters of Resolving a Misunderstanding all contain a significant amount of adult content and are rated “M” (R) or “MA” (NC-17), at least in part. “The Unsentimental Arithmancer” and “Now is Perfect” are both rated “T” (PG-13). A bowdlerised version of Resolving a Misunderstanding is available on fanfiction.net, and there is a T-rated version of A Holiday with the Headmaster called A Little Holiday also on fanfiction.net.
ETA:
Because I will not send any of the M- and MA-rated fics to anyone I don’t know is of legal age, if I don’t know you from somewhere and know you to be an adult or be able to easily confirm that you are of-age, I will very likely not send the pdf.
I use the word “know” loosely — if you have reviewed my fics on either Sycophant Hex or The Petulant Poetess as a logged-in user, I “know” you; if I have noticed you over at Potter Place, an adult Yahoo group, I know you; or if you have been a registered user at TPP or SH for a little while, I know you to be an adult — or if your birthdate is visible on your LJ profile and you send me a message through LJ, that works, too.
I’m sorry if this offends or inconveniences anyone, but I post my teen-friendly fics to ffnet and only post my M- and MA-rated fics to moderated archives for very good reasons.
