& Epic Fics
Here is a list of long chaptered stories, anywhere from approximately 150,000 words to over 800,000 words. So if you like epic-length HP fanfics, these might fill the bill.

- An Act of Love: long novel; the shortest of the fics on this list, with sixteen chapters and approximately 155,000 words (actual story length, not counting author’s notes, etc.); psychological drama, AU; Snape-centric and Minerva-centric fic set in September of HP Year 6. ADMM, with MM-SS friendship, quasi-SSMM. (M/MA)
- Death’s Dominion: very long novel; thirty-two chapters plus a prologue and epilogue, with approximately 285,000 words (not including notes); psychological drama, suspense, AU; AU 6th & 7th Year Snape-centric fic with significant Minerva-centric content; primarily from Snape’s P.O.V. SSHG friendship. Not DH-compliant. (T/M)
- A Long Vernal Season: mega-novel in multiple parts; psychological drama, romance, humor, suspense, AU; AU Snape-centric post-war fic. Not DH-compliant. (T/M/MA range of ratings for the chapters)
- Resolving a Misunderstanding: epic-length mega-novel in multiple parts; drama, romance, humor, suspense, AU; not DH-compliant. Over 875,000 words, not including notes. The first in the “RaMverse” set of stories; set primarily in 1957. Minerva-centric ADMM fic. (T-rated overall, with some MA-rated chapters at the end; bowdlerized T-rated version available on fanfiction. net)

Please Note: Any fics with MA-rated content are archived primarily at sites requiring log-in and membership, such as the Petulant Poetess archive and the Our Mirror of Erised Yahoo! Group, which has fanfic available for download in the “Files” area. The Petulant Poetess site allows anyone, members and nonmembers, to read and review stories rated K, K+, and T. Stories rated M or MA require membership and log in to read. An Archive of Our Own does not restrict fics based on membership; authors determine whether guests are able to read their fics or not.
